There is constant news that the OnePlus 9RT will land in the Indian market, but it has not yet been released. The device was launched in the domestic market in October this year and is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset.
Now, gossip source Yogesh Brar has learned from a distribution channel that the company will discontinue the OnePlus 9, OnePlus 9R and OnePlus 8T soon after the OnePlus 9RT is released in India.
The news said one plus plans to release the OnePlus 10 Pro on January 11th, so naturally, a plus company wants to devote more resources to new models. Yogesh added that this may be that OnePlus suddenly cut the prices of OnePlus 9R, OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 8T mobile phones on various portals, and released bank discounts and various merchant discounts.
The brand seems to want to clear as much inventory of the existing lineup as possible before the OnePlus 9RT India launch event. OnePlus 9RT uses a 6.62-inch E4 OLED display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, a peak brightness of 1300nits, and supports HDR10+ and 600Hz touch response. There are three cameras on the back of this phone, including a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 main camera that supports OIS and EIS, a 16-megapixel wide-angle lens, and a macro lens. There is a 16-megapixel camera on the front for selfies and video chats, and an in-display fingerprint sensor for security.
