If you have not yet received the update for one of the S21 models in Germany, the rollout will continue. Samsung paused the updates after problems, as you can read in the linked news, but it will continue in Germany from December 30th.

After some difficulties, Samsung is rolling out the new Android 12 operating system on numerous devices. To find out which models from the manufacturer are already running on this version of the system, take a look at our Android 11 update list.

Galaxy A Series Update

Samsung’s Galaxy A series offers mid-range models with some advanced camera and Internet network functions, for example. Devices like the Galaxy A52 have the option of 5G network support, and the Galaxy A72 has a telephoto lens in its quadruple-camera set. For these models, it is clear that Samsung is providing them with Android 12.

In March of this year, Samsung CEO DJ Koh stated that the company was considering not releasing the annual update for the Galaxy Note range in 2021. The models that will soon be included in Samsung’s software update policy for the Galaxy Note range are the remaining Note 10 and Note 20. Like the Galaxy S10 range, the Note 10 range is also expected to be Android 12 last received major OS update.

After all: the Z Fold 3 now also supports pen input – and there is even a special S-Pen for the foldable.
