Notes on Application
- This upgrade will not clear user data, but it is recommended to back up important personal data before the upgrade.
- Since some third-party applications are not compatible with Android 12, there may be situations where the third-party applications cannot be used normally after the upgrade (such as flashbacks, freezes, black screens, power consumption, etc.). It is recommended that you try to update the app to the latest version in the software store.
- After the upgrade, a series of adaptation and optimization actions will be performed in the background of the system, which may cause the phone to experience heat, freeze, and fast power consumption. It is recommended that you restart your phone after charging for 2 hours after the upgrade, or after a period of normal use, it will recover by itself.
- The ColorOS 12 system further strengthens privacy protection. When sensitive permissions such as recording, camera, etc. are called, a green explicit icon reminder will appear in the upper right corner of the status bar (green dot and a green application icon will be displayed when the notification bar is pulled down). You should keep abreast of the sensitive authority invocation situation in time, this phenomenon is not a problem, please feel free to use it.
- In ColorOS 12, to provide comprehensive game assistance in real-time, the game space and the game center are fully integrated. Open the game center and click “Game+” at the bottom to find all the games you are playing.

Please make sure that your mobile phone version has been upgraded to the basic version (the version number view method: Settings> About phone> Version information> Version number)

Please click “Settings> Software Update> Settings icon in the upper right corner> Upgrade early adopters> Official version application> Check “I have read and agree to the “Privacy Policy> Apply now”, click “Check for Updates” after completing the application, and check And download and install the version to upgrade to ColorOS 12.
