Android 12 update rolled out for the Galaxy Fold 5G

Samsung Galaxy Fold 5G is powered by the Qualcomm SDM855 Snapdragon 855 Octa-core (1×2.84 GHz Kryo 485 + 3×2.42 GHz Kryo 485 + 4×1.78 GHz Kryo 485) processor. The smartphone comes with a 7.3 inches Dynamic AMOLED capacitive touchscreen and 1536 x 2152 pixels resolution.

The rear camera consists of a 12 MP (wide) + 12 MP (telephoto) + 16 MP (ultrawide) lenses sensor. The front camera has a 10 MP (wide) + 8 MP (wide) sensor. The phone’s sensors include Fingerprint (side-mounted), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, and barometer.

The smartphone is fueled by a Non-removable Li-Po 4235 mAh battery + Fast battery charging 15W + Fast wireless charging 15W + Power bank/Reverse wireless charging 9W. The phone runs on Android 9.0 (Pie). The Samsung Galaxy Fold 5G comes in different colors like, Space Silver and Cosmos Black. It features 3.1, Type-C 1.0 reversible connector.

After the S21, and other Foldable’s now Galaxy Fold 5G joins the Android 12 list. This update comes with the build number F907BXXU6GULB. Samsung didn’t mention the changelog of this update. It also brings a January 2022 security patch update in the UK that fixes dozens of privacy and security-related vulnerabilities.

Owners of the Galaxy S21 can receive notification of this update. By chance you don’t receive an update notification then check the update manually by going to the device Settings >> Software updates >> Download and install.
