iPhone XS Max can be downgraded to iOS 14.1

We all know that every time Apple pushes a new version of iOS, it will close the verification channel of the last official version of the system, and the upgraded system is basically impossible to downgrade. However, on January 17, Apple quietly opened the signature verification of the iOS 14.1 (18A8395) version of the iPhone XS Max national version, and users can choose to downgrade.

It is not clear why Apple reopened this downgrade channel separately, nor why it only targets the national version of the iPhone XS Max. Maybe there are unannounced potential problems running iOS 15? The official version of iOS 14.1 was released on October 21, 2020, and the verification channel was closed on November 13 of that year. The main updates include improved camera mode and HDR video recording for new models.
