Samsung is expected to unveil the new flagship smartphone series very soon. The South Korean press so far has been suggesting February 8 as the Samsung Galaxy S22 launch date, but new leaks today point to a new date.

According to what was revealed by the well-known informant Ice Universe, always informed about Samsung, the new definitive launch date for the Galaxy S22 range would be February 9. However, the launch date for the Chinese market may be different and February 8 may still prove to be a valid date when we see the global launch.
The Samsung Galaxy S22 series is expected to consist of three smartphones at launch, but the biggest expectations are for the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra which will be the first S series flagship with an integrated stylus, as it will be tasked with replacing the defunct Galaxy Note series.
Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is expected to introduce the new LTPO AMOLED panel which supports a dynamic refresh rate from 1Hz to 120Hz protected by Gorilla Glass Victus+. Other rumored features include a 5,000mAh battery, 45W fast wired charging, and 15W wireless charging.
According to the informant, at the same Galaxy Unpacked event, the South Korean giant will also present the tablets of the new Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 series.
