Google gives all Pixel smartphones new background images and live wallpapers at irregular intervals, which can be applied to the home screen by all users via a separate app. Not all images are available for all smartphones, so today we offer you a whole batch for download: an archive with all 457 wallpapers and live wallpapers.
Google’s designers are very busy and donate an increasing number of background images and live wallpapers, which are offered again independently of the exclusive images of individual generations, the marketing images, the Chrome OS wallpapers and also the curated culture wallpapers. These are distributed via the Google Wallpapers app, which does not store the images locally on the device, but downloads them from the cloud if necessary.
For this reason, not all images are available for all devices, because, for reasons that are sometimes not so easy to understand, they are only unlocked for a few generations. In fact, it has happened that individual images are only offered for older generations and could not be found on the current flagships. As of early 2022, the Google wallpaper image archive consists of no fewer than 457 wallpapers, of which we have always offered you some collections – but by no means all of them. You can hardly keep up with them individually, so a large archive with the entire momentum is perhaps the better alternative.
