Today, according to the media reports, Łukasz Babiel, the head of QA for Cyberpunk 2077, announced his departure. Łukasz Babiel confirmed his departure from CDPR on Twitter, and in his own words, after a good 11 years here, decided to leave the studio last month.
He also shared the farewell gift he received from CDPR: a 3D-printed hand-painted figurine and cartoon. He himself is also grateful: These gifts have softened my heart, and I really work with a group of wonderful people.
Last month I decided to leave CD Projekt RED after great 11 years there. I’ve got these amazing gifts as a farewell – 3D printed and hand-painted figure and a comic by two talented Polish authors, which just melted my heart. I really worked with the best people ❤🧡💛💚. pic.twitter.com/ha8zuPr8wR

According to his LinkedIn account, Łukasz Babiel joined CDPR in October 2010 as a beta tester, and then he continued his QA testing, analyst career, mainly responsible for game balance testing, gameplay bug fixes, etc. Games include The Witcher 2, Gwent Cards, The Witcher 3, and expanded content.
From August 2017 to March 2021, he served as the QA leader of Cyberpunk 2077, managing a team of more than 60 people, responsible for the test plan and project introduction.
