macOS 12.3 finally removes Python 2

According to developer release notes, Apple no longer offers Python 2.7 in the macOS Monterey 12.3 beta. Python 2 is no longer officially supported since January 1, 2020, which means there are no bug fixes, security patches, or other changes.

Apple recommends that developers use other programming languages, such as Python 3. However, Python 3 is not preloaded in macOS, and developers can run stub /usr/bin/python3 in the terminal, but the user will be prompted to install the Xcode developer tools. Python 3 is included in the Xcode developer tools.

Apple mentioned in its 2019 release of macOS Catalina that future versions of macOS will no longer include Python 2.7. At the time, Apple said that Python 2.7 was included in macOS for compatibility with older software.
