Harley-Davidson charging at Tesla Supercharger

In November last year, Tesla first announced the opening of its Superchargers, allowing other brands of electric vehicles to use its European Supercharger network.

For global electric vehicle owners, this is really good news. In addition to the many construction sites and convenience of Tesla supercharging piles, the power of V3 supercharging piles is also at the top level in the industry.

However, with the opening of the supercharger, the Tesla supercharger has some strange styles. Not only do other brands of vehicles come to charge, but even motorcycles come to rub the charging pile.

A few days ago, a group of photos uploaded by netizens showed that at a Tesla charging station in France, a Harley-Davidson electric motorcycle was being charged by a Tesla V3 supercharging pile.

However, for motorcycles, the power of V3 supercharging piles can reach up to 250kW. Compared with the battery packs with a smaller capacity of motorcycles, the battery can be fully charged in a few minutes.

It is reported that as early as November 2018, Harley launched its first electric motorcycle, the LiveWire. The new car can accelerate from 0 to 96km/h in just 3.5s, with a comprehensive range of 95 miles (153 kilometers) and a top speed of 115mph (about 185km/h).

And if you don’t consider other factors, simply use this motorcycle to overfill the car, and there should be no big problem in traveling around the country.
