The latest leak comes from Momomo_US, who found Tongde’s GeForce RTX 3090 Ti GameRock series graphics cards listed on the manufacturer’s Turkish page, which has been removed as of press time, but the leaker managed to find the models by accessing the web cache, They are still listed there.

The Tongde GeForce RTX 3090 Ti GameRock series looks no different from the existing RTX 3090 Ti models, with listed specs including 24 GB of GDDR6X VRAM, a 384-bit bus, HDMI 2.1, and DisplayPort, which we already know.
