Final Fantasy 6 Pixel Remastered Edition will be released on PC/mobile on February 23

Square has been rolling out pixel remasters of the classic Final Fantasy for some time now, and after the release of the first five games, the critically acclaimed Final Fantasy 6 pixel remaster will also arrive. Previously got the news that the game will be launched in February, now the date specifically falls on February 23rd.

Square has announced that the Pixel Remastered Edition of Final Fantasy VI will be released on February 23 for PC platforms (via Steam) as well as iOS and Android platforms.

The remaster will feature redesigned 2D pixel graphics, a re-organized soundtrack by original composer Nobuo Uematsu, gameplay improvements, a modernized UI, auto-battle options, a music player, a gallery, and a monster atlas, etc.
