The Swiss company Typewise probably believes that it has developed a better text correction system than those of Google and Apple and has therefore decided to patent it.
According to the Typewise team, the company’s text correction system is capable of correcting a higher percentage of errors than Google and Apple keyboards and a series of tests have confirmed this.
Typewise challenges Apple and Google keyboards
Furthermore, again according to what is reported by the Typewise team, the technology developed by this software house would be able to provide a lower percentage of misspelled words while the prediction system would be able to save users keys to type compared to the solutions of Google and Apple.

According to it, Typewise’s technology would be able to correct 72.38% of errors compared to 70.64% for Google and 67.59% for Apple. And again, misspelled words would be just 0.39% while with Google and Apple keyboards they would be 0.92% and 0.75% respectively.
Finally, as regards the saving of typed characters, the Typewise system reaches 65% while those of Google and Apple have to “settle” respectively of 48% and 50%.
