POCO X4 Pro 5G/M4 Pro released

POCO, a sub-brand of Xiaomi, released two new phones – the X4 Pro 5G and M4 Pro. Like most POCO phones, these two phones are not actually brand new.

Except for the slightly different design, POCO X4 Pro 5G is basically the same as the global version of Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, using a 6.67-inch FHD+AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz, using Corning Gorilla 5 glass protection, touch The sampling rate is 360Hz.

The POCO X4 Pro 5G is powered by Qualcomm’s 6nm Snapdragon 695 chipset paired with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The back of the phone features a triple-lens setup, including a 108-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel macro lens.

The phone comes with a 5000mAh battery that POCO claims can provide over 15 hours of video playback. It also supports 67W turbocharging, which can charge from 0% to 100% in about 40 minutes.

POCO X4 Pro 5G is also equipped with a Z-axis linear motor, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a 3.5mm headphone jack, and also supports infrared remote control.

While the POCO M4 Pro is basically the same as the recently launched Redmi Note 11S, the only major difference between the two is that the M4 Pro uses a 64-megapixel main camera instead of the Note 11S’s 108-megapixel sensor.

POCO M4 Pro uses a 6.43-inch FHD+AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 90Hz and a front-facing 16-megapixel selfie camera. The phone is powered by MediaTek’s Helio G96 chipset and features liquid-cooled 1.0 Plus technology to ensure smooth operation even during long gaming sessions.

On the back of the POCO M4 Pro is a triple-camera setup with a 64-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. The machine has a built-in 5000mAh large battery with 33W fast charging.

The phone also features dual stereo speakers, NFC, an infrared remote, IP53 splash resistance, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. On the software front, both the X4 Pro 5G and M4 Pro run POCO’s MIUI 13, which is based on Android 11.

The POCO X4 Pro 5G will be available in Europe on March 2, starting at 269 euros (about 1,904 yuan) for the 6GB/128GB version and 319 euros (about 2,258 yuan) for the 8GB/256GB version. Like the X4 Pro 5G, POCO’s M4 Pro will also go on sale in Europe on March 2 at an early bird price of only €199 for the 6GB/128GB version and €249 for the 8GB/256GB version. Euro (about 1762 RMB).
