Eligible PCs that haven’t received the upgrade to Windows 11 should see the new operating system in Windows Update, which is one reason the company is now trying to deal with all these app compatibility issues.
Previously, data from research firm AdDuplex showed that Windows 11 is now installed on 19.3% of PCs, and 0.3% of PCs are running the Insider version, and its growth rate has not slowed down.
As the most stable version of Windows 10 at present, 20H2 has many users. Before Microsoft brought the 21H2 update, it was also for these users to get the free upgrade of Windows 11 for free.
Microsoft has also hinted that if those eligible Windows 10 users do not update in a timely manner, they may face paying for upgrades next.
