Nintendo has released version 2.0.0 of its Switch Online mobile app, which includes a new design, features such as seeing which friends are online.

- Other minor changes have also been implemented
The Nintendo Switch Online app allows players to use voice chat while playing certain online games and access specific gaming services, such as sending custom designs made in the 3DS game Animal Crossing to the Switch game Gather! in Animal Crossing.
