Samsung now released the February 2022 security patch update for the Galaxy S21 in the US. This update comes on the build number G99xUSQS5BVA6. The update has started rolling out on a few carrier networks in the US, and more carriers are expected to release the firmware within the next few days.

Samsung now released the February 2022 security patch update in over 50 countries across Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Southeast Asia. It comes with firmware version F700FXXS8FVA2 and fixes many privacy and security-related vulnerabilities.

Samsung Galaxy S21 mobile was launched on 14th January 2021. The phone comes with a 6.20-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels at a pixel density of 421 pixels per inch (PPI) and an aspect ratio of 20:9. Samsung Galaxy S21 is powered by a 2.2GHz octa-core Samsung Exynos 2100 processor that features 3 cores clocked at 2.8GHz, 4 cores clocked at 2.2GHz and 1 core clocked at 2.9GHz. It comes with 8GB of RAM. The Samsung Galaxy S21 runs Android 11 and is powered by a 4000mAh battery. The Samsung Galaxy S21 supports wireless charging, as well as proprietary fast charging.
As far as the cameras are concerned, the Samsung Galaxy S21 on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 12-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture and a pixel size of 1.8-micron; a 12-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a pixel size of 1.4-micron, and a 64-megapixel camera with an f/2.0 aperture and a pixel size of 0.8-micron. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 10-megapixel sensor with an f/2.2 aperture and a pixel size of 1.22-micron.
Samsung recently released One UI 4.0 stable update to its latest and mid-old flagship devices in some different regions. Now, T-Mobile (The Well Known US Carrier) released the February 2022 security patch update to the Galaxy S21 in the US.

Owners of the Galaxy S21 can receive notification of this update. By chance you don’t receive an update notification then check the update manually by going to the device Settings >> Software updates >> Download and install.
