Apple to open the country’s largest Apple Store in South Korea

Apple has announced that it will open a new Apple-operated store in Seoul, the Myeongdong store, which the company says will be the largest Apple Store in the country. Apple is continuing to expand its international lineup of Apple Stores, following an interesting building showing Apple Al Maryah in Abu Dhabi. The latest is located in South Korea, although no opening date has been revealed.

The announcement was made on Apple’s Korean website, “Korea’s largest Apple Store is about to open in the splendid center of Seoul’s Myeongdong,” the site continued. “Through this store, we hope to provide an open-source of inspiration for anyone whose imagination and creativity are constantly emerging.”

“Apple Myeongdong is a place where you and us inspire each other’s creativity, and here is waiting for you to shine with your shining ideas”. The new store will be close to Seoul’s historic Deoksugung Palace, a palace and tourist attraction where daily changing of the guard ceremonies are performed to visitors.
