A few moments ago, exactly as expected, Samsung presented its new mid-range smartphones to the world, which now also share another aspect with the brand’s flagships: not even Samsung Galaxy A33 5G, Samsung Galaxy A53 5G and Samsung Galaxy A73 5G include the chargers in the sales packages. Samsung Galaxy A33 5G, A53 5G, A73 5G are more similar to the tops, for better or for worse
Three, therefore, the new mid-range announced by Samsung, even if the first two – Samsung Galaxy A33 5G and Samsung Galaxy A53 5G – are also official for the Italian market, while the third, or Samsung Galaxy A73 5G, has been put a bit ‘in the background and for the moment it should not arrive in our country.
From reading the technical data sheet of these three models, however, there is one aspect that emerges clear: Samsung’s mid-range is appropriating features that until recently were the prerogatives of the top, for better or for worse. Of course, the “pros” are much more numerous and more relevant than the “cons”: think of the IP67 certification against water and dust, the displays with refresh rates above 60 Hz, the software support that other brands do not even offer on premium models. and to the OIS for the main camera.
Among the negative aspects, however, we can mention the disappearance also from this band of the port for the 3.5 mm audio jack and the progressive emptying of the sales packages. If the removal of the headphones from the equipment is almost no longer news, it must be said that the new Samsung Galaxy A33 5G, Samsung Galaxy A53 5G and Samsung Galaxy A73 5G, which also support fast charging at 25 watts, are sold without chargers.
In this respect, other brands, especially Chinese, have not yet queued and indeed include quick chargers in the box. Returning to the new Samsung, however, for most users this will hardly be a problem, after all it is quite unlikely that you do not even have a suitable charger at home.
