WhatsApp is working on a new option for business users. They could then manage customer orders directly in Messenger. However, this feature has not yet been rolled out. However, it is in preparation, as the colleagues from WABetaInfo could see.
In the new area, business users would receive a list of orders in WhatsApp that their customers have placed with them via WhatsApp.
If you look at the screenshot, you will probably be able to see which orders have been paid for and for which the payment is still outstanding. When this function will be distributed, however, is still completely open.
