The preview of Windows 11 Build 22579, released today to the Dev channel, begins with the “Get Start” app that allows users to pin websites, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and eBay, to the taskbar. The new option is part of the Get Start app’s screen that recommends installing Microsoft Store apps, and in theory, should help you access certain websites and services more easily from the taskbar.
We’ve added suggestions for pinning sites in the “Get Start” app so you can easily pin sites to the taskbar. To find this new feature, launch the “Get Start” app and browse the app and website pages we think you’ll love.
Click on any site suggested on the page to pin it to your taskbar so you can access the sites you care about with one click. Please provide feedback in the Feedback Hub (WIN + F) under Applications > Getting Started.
