Twitter: Create your own GIFs directly from the Twitter camera

In addition to stickers and emojis, GIFs are probably the most frequently used to express reactions and emotions in social networks and messengers. So it’s not surprising that people are considering Twitterhow to offer its users a quick option to create their own GIFs and then quickly share them over the network.

iOS users of the official Twitter app can now tap the camera icon when composing a new tweet, then tap “GIF” at the bottom of the viewfinder to turn a snapshot into a GIF by pressing and holding the shutter button.

This works quickly and easily, and Android users seem to have to wait a little longer before they can also use the function. At least I couldn’t convince a single Android device in the household to show the feature by restarting or clearing the app cache.
