A few days ago, the Realme India branch announced that the Realme GT 2 Pro will be launched in India on April 7. However, that tweet was quickly deleted, possibly indicating a change in plans. But that’s not the case, as Realme officially announced today that the GT 2 Pro will indeed be unveiled in India on April 7.
Realme didn’t say if it will launch the vanilla GT 2 model in India on April 7, but the previously deleted tweet included #realmeGT2Series, and the new one doesn’t, maybe the Realme GT 2 won’t debut in India for a while.
The Realme GT 2 Pro is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip, pre-installed with the Realme UI 3.0 system based on Android 12, and is equipped with up to 12GB+512GB storage. The phone is equipped with a 6.7-inch 120Hz QHD+ LTPO2 AMOLED screen covered with Gorilla Glass Victus protection.
