Boss Fight Entertainment rose to fame with the mobile game Dungeon Boss. The studio emerged from the ashes of Zynga’s Dallas studio, which developed the Facebook game CastleVille.

Boss Fight Entertainment has employees from Zynga Dallas and Ensemble Studios. It was founded in 2013 and is currently led by CEO David Rippy and COO Bill Jackson and COO Scott Winsett.

Commenting on the acquisition, Amir Rahimi, Netflix’s vice president of game studios, said: “This studio’s extensive experience in building hit games across all genres will help accelerate our ability to deliver great games to Netflix members wherever they want to be. where to play these games”.
