Pixel 6/6 Pro: Android 12 QPR3 Beta 1.1 available

Google has released Android 12 QPR3 Beta 1.1 for the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro. Logically only goes to those who are also in the beta program. This minor update to Android 12 QPR3 Beta 1 (S3B1.220218.006) includes several fixes to improve battery and call quality:

Fixed some issues that caused excessive battery drain.

Improved call quality related to issues like issue #224716473 which caused high noise on calls on some devices. While we’re still investigating the cause of this and similar issues, we plan to make further improvements in future beta releases.

Separately, it should also fix the issue that was preventing Pixel 6/Pro devices opted out of beta from being unable to apply the stable public update. For future beta releases, the intention is to ensure that all beta devices receive every official stable release, allowing users to opt-out without data deletion for a limited time until they apply the next beta update. The next stable public release will be available in June.

If you already participate in the Android 12 Beta on a Pixel 6 or Pixel 6 Pro device, you will automatically receive an over-the-air (OTA) update to QPR3 Beta 1.1. All other supported Pixel devices will continue to use the Beta 1 build until our upcoming Beta 2 release.
