According to the latest report, the Realme 9 series kicked off with the 9i, a mid-range device with only 4G. Then came the two Pro models (both with 5G), then the Realme 9 5G and the Realme 9 5G Speed. Some leaks suggest that there will be a second 4G model next, but with more performance than the Realme 9i.
First, the Realme 9 (4G) phone temporarily appeared in the device list on the support page of the realme.com official website. It has now been removed. In addition to confirming the existence of the phone, Yogesh Brar also revealed that the phone may be equipped with a 108MP main camera.
That could make it one of the more capable shooting models in the 9-series. The current leader is the Realme 9 Pro+, with a 50-megapixel sensor (1/1.56 inch, 1.0 micron) and OIS. Furthermore, the Realme 9 (RMX3521) will reportedly offer a 16-megapixel selfie camera, which is in line with the rest of the series.
Previous leaks have suggested that the phone will support storage configurations (6GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB) and three colorways (Sun Gold, Meteor Black, and Star Blank). It is not known what kind of chip this 4G phone is equipped with (the Realme 9i uses a Snapdragon 680 chip), but unconfirmed information suggests that it will support 33W fast charging and a 5000mAh battery. This will match the battery settings of the Realme 9i and Realme 9 5G.
