CODBlack OPS 4: The Switch version appears on the Activision website, news coming soon?

As you can see by following this address, the Activision portal reports the status of the Call of Duty Black Ops 4 online services also as regards the version – currently non-existent – for Nintendo Switch.

To date, the publisher, nor the Treyarch developers have ever openly discussed a possible port of the first-person shooter. The title, released in 2018, consists solely of the online multiplayer component and is based on an engine and on outdated technologies it could conceivably receive a conversion for the console of the great N.

Of course, these are only speculations in the light of this strange sighting, and certainly, the hypothesis that it was a simple technical error of the online portal and that everything will be brought back to normal in a few hours should not be ruled out. We just have to continue to monitor the situation pending any clarification from Activision.

Meanwhile, COD Warzone has welcomed the new patch on March 30th, published a few hours ago by the Raven Software team.
