Samsung Galaxy M13 5G real shot revealed with dual camera side fingerprint sensor

Recently, 91mobiles exclusively revealed that the production of the Samsung Galaxy M13 5G has started in India, suggesting that it may be launched soon. It will arrive as the successor to last year’s Galaxy M12 and is expected to bring some notable improvements. Now, the real photos of Samsung Galaxy M13 5G have been exposed.

One of the images confirms the M13 model number, while the others show dual rear cameras and an LED flash setup, among other things. The Galaxy M13 5G can be seen in black, but we’re sure there will be other options at launch. Since the pictures are from a production facility, we didn’t actually get to see the phone ‘s screen, but we speculate there will be a waterdrop notch to accommodate the selfie mirror, with a noticeable bezel below the screen.

The volume rocker and power button, and possibly an embedded fingerprint sensor, appears on the right edge. The SIM tray section is on the left. The speaker grill and USB Type-C port are at the bottom. As mentioned, it has dual cameras on the back with LED flash and Samsung logo. The Galaxy M13 5G appears to have a polycarbonate construction to keep the price under control.

While the full specs of the Galaxy M13 5G are still under wraps, we can speculate that it will bring some noticeable upgrades over the Galaxy M12, which launches in March 2021. To recap, the Galaxy M12 is powered by the Exynos 850 chipset paired with up to 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage, which is expandable.

In terms of cameras, the Galaxy M12 offers a quad-camera setup on the back consisting of a 48-megapixel primary sensor, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide camera with f/2.2 aperture, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel camera macro sensor. There is an 8-megapixel selfie camera on the front.

The Samsung Galaxy M12 features a 6.5-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a waterdrop-shaped notch. The device is equipped with a large 6000mAh battery that supports 15W fast charging. It runs Android 11-based OneUI custom skins out of the box.
