For Dev and Beta channel users, Microsoft released the KB5014100 cumulative update for Windows 11 users, with the build number rising to Build 22598.100 after installation.
This update does not introduce any new features but is only used to test the service pipeline. Microsoft has been releasing service updates frequently right now, as versions of the Dev Channel are filled with new and upcoming features.
