“It’s time to get moving! Earn this award by performing a dance workout of 20 minutes or more on International Dance Day on 29 April. Use the Workout app or any app that adds exercises to your fitness to record.”

Apple Watch users who successfully complete a dance workout at the appropriate time will unlock medals in the Fitness app and animated stickers that can be used in messages and FaceTime apps.

Challenges can be completed with stand-alone dance moves or using dance moves from Apple Fitness+. Apple Fitness’s subscription service has dance categories that can meet the requirements. Apple Fitness+ is priced at $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year.

International Dance Day is one of Apple’s annual Apple Watch Event Challenges, which will take place a week after the Earth Day Event Challenge on April 22.
