Samsung Calendar updates: here’s what’s new

Samsung recently released an update for its Calendar app that reaches version 12.3.01.1000, which adds the ability to assign a gradient to the color of events.

To change the color of the events just open the side menu, tap on the gear settings icon and select the “Event Colors” item, after which it will be enough to choose one of the four available options: very muted, muted, bright and very bright.

According to the official changelog, the update also adds support for Calendar widgets on the display of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 cover, however, it seems that this option was already available.

The update is being released through the Samsung Galaxy Store and should be available for devices running at least One UI 4.1.

With the occasion, we remember that for the smartphones of the Samsung Galaxy S22 series the security patches of May 2022 have already arrived.
