OnePlus Ace could have a Lite variant: first images and specifications

A mysterious new OnePlus breaks into the web. Thanks to the informant Abhishek Yadav who shared his information on Twitter, where he talks about a smartphone marked with the initials PGZ110. And it is precisely from this that a useful clue could come to its identification: the acronym recalls that of OnePlus Ace – PGKM10 -, an unprecedented project made official by the company a week ago in China.

After all, it is Yadav himself in the hashtags of his tweet to indicate that it could be a (more) economic declination in the new OnePlus smartphone, which with an Ace Lite could look even more like Oppo. At one time the OnePlus range was composed of a few targeted products if not more flagship killers as at the beginning at least of the medium-high range at prices all in all competitions.

The OnePlus post-merger with Oppo increasingly resembles a generalist brand, with a large product range and ability to cover almost all market segments. The alleged OnePlus Ace Lite could contribute to the lens, which would have an interesting technical sheet, with the plus of the input for the 3.5 mm audio jack and the minus, if we want, of the presence of an LCD screen in a panorama that offers mainly OLED, despite the current IPS still offer a comparable color rendering.

From the images provided by TENAA, the Chinese body from which smartphones pass before marketing, it seems to lack the alert slider for the selection of the mode of use, a prerogative of OnePlus to which, however, the company is thinking of doing without.

The images say almost nothing about the front section that with the display off is not very significant, while the rearview highlights a group of cameras that in the story with the surface recalls the cousin Oppo Find X5 Pro, in the arrangement instead of the brother OnePlus 10 Pro (also already reviewed).

No anticipation regarding the launch period, but tenaA’s certification suggests that it should not be long.
