Samsung ready to renew the Galaxy Tab range

Samsung is likely to expand its tablet range with some new mid-range models. To reveal the code names and some specifications of these devices are the official Samsung support page in France and some benchmark and certification sites. The models in question are SM-P613, SM-P619, SM-T630, SM-T636B and SM-T503.

The first two on the list, SM-P613 and SM-P619, have been confirmed by the official Samsung France support pages. Confirmations of the SM-P619 model also came from the GCF (Global Certification Forum) and from the benchmarks on GeekBench and HTML5test which revealed the presence of a Snapdragon 720G processor, 4GB of RAM and Android 12.

The Bluetooth certification site has strangely associated this model with the name “Galaxy Tab S6 Lite”, a tablet that Samsung has already brought to the market in 2020, but with the initials “SM-P610”. It should not be excluded that it may be a similar version but with some components updated to 2022.

Samsung is also reportedly working on a Galaxy Tab S7 FE with an 11-inch display. Probably the abbreviations of this tablet could be “SM-T630” and “SM-T636B”, depending on whether or not there is 5G connectivity.

To conclude the round of rumors about tablets, Samsung is also working on an updated version of the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite released last year, model “SM-T503”. At the moment, however, there are no details on the alleged hardware features of this product.

In summary, in the coming months there would be a “Tab S Lite” tablet, both in Wi-Fi and 5G versions, a new “Fan Edition” tablet with a smaller display than the current model (also WiFi and WiFi + 5G), and an entry-level Tab A7 Lite.
