Mozilla has released its Firefox browser in the new version 100.0.1. The version number makes it clear: the small update primarily contains bug fixes. Version 100, which certainly contains significant new features, was presented to you by Benny here with the features in the blog.
What has now been adjusted? Well, the picture-in-picture mode associated with Netflix has previously had problems displaying the subtitles. That should now be a thing of the past. Some commands also didn’t work in picture-in-picture mode, so everything should work fine now.
Firefox’s security sandbox now also blocks access to Win32k APIs for content processes. You can initiate the update to Firefox version 100.0.1 directly in the browser under the “About Firefox” tab.
