The Galaxy S10 Lite Snapdragon variant grabbed May 2022 patch update

Earlier, Samsung Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10+, Galaxy S10 Lite and the Galaxy S10 5G got the May 2022 patch update and now this time the Snapdragon variant of the Galaxy S10 Lite received the same update in Spain.

Other than the latest security fixes, the update brings no changes to the device, so it’s a pretty boring release for anyone who isn’t that worried about their phone’s security.

This software update comes on the build number G770FXXS6GVE2.

Samsung’s May 2022 patch fixes various privacy and security-related issues and exploits including 7 Critical, 23 High, and 3 Moderate levels of CVEs from Google and Samsung. It also upgrades some stock applications to enrich the overall device functionality in every aspect.

Owners of the Galaxy S10 Lite SD variant can receive notification of this update. By chance you don’t receive an update notification then check the update manually by going to the device Settings >> Software updates >> Download and install.

Note: Before upgrading to the latest version make sure your smartphone is connected with a proper internet connection, we recommend you to download it over WIFI so that you will not face any errors.
