Elden Ring is a hit game loved by everyone, even billionaires like Elon Musk. The Tesla boss used his Twitter account to share his build and was immediately attacked by other users, who criticized his choice of equipment.

All of these choices have been heavily criticized by some Elden Ring players. Let’s suppose, however, that the criticisms partly stemmed from the fact that Elon Musk is a controversial figure (to say the least): perhaps not everyone is able to be objective about it. We admit that some choices are peculiar and maybe his build is not perfectly optimized, but on balance what is the problem?
One of the strengths of games like Elden Ring is the ability to play however you want. There are players who deliberately impose penalties to increase the challenge: no one criticizes a player who does not upgrade their weapons or level up. Likewise, Musk is free to play as he sees fit.
We also note that the number of memory slots is five. Based on the setting, we know he could have had more, even twice as much: this makes us think that Musk isn’t playing for completeness at all and is just doing what he likes for fun. In other words, he is acting like a gamer.
