The next-gen magic of Hogwarts Legacy continues on social networks with the latest clip shared by the Avalanche studios to describe a peculiar feature accessible by those who will explore the Wizarding World via the PlayStation 5 DualSense controller.
The short but eloquent game sequence proposed to us by Avalanche and the curators of the PlayStation social profiles describes a singular in-game mechanic accessible only and exclusively on PS5.
As explained by the developers of the awaited open world set in the fantasy dimension of Harry Potter, the PlayStation 5 version of Hogwarts Legacy will use the LED lights of the DualSense to offer a unique touch of personalization to the controller, transforming it into an extension of the magic wand held by the own alter-ego.
Through the LEDs on the pad of the latest Sony console, students of the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry will see their controller flash according to the spells they have just cast or the damage suffered. Also thanks to the DualSense lights, the PS5 controller will pulsate with the colors of the House chosen by Hogwarts Legacy players: blue and bronze for Ravenclaw, gold and scarlet for Gryffindor, green and silver for Slytherin and black and yellow for Hufflepuff.
