Telegram now probably transmits user data to the BKA

Telegram has already been criticized in Germany for not wanting to cooperate with the law enforcement authorities and for not complying with some laws. According to the mirror, the time has now come: those responsible for Messenger have already sent user data to the Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA).

It is said to have been the data of suspects in the areas of child abuse and terrorism. However, Telegram itself did not comment further. Even if the federal government celebrates this development as a success, those responsible for other suspected crimes are still opposed.

In the past, however, there are said to have been further talks between Telegram employees and the Federal Ministry of the Interior and representatives of the Federal Ministry of Justice. Let’s see how this develops.
