WhatsApp works on a new link to create orders from the chat

One of the latest news coming for WhatsApp on both Android and iOS is the ability to rename the devices connected to your account, a feature that seems to have already been enabled on the latest beta versions of WhatsApp Business.

The WABetaInfo portal found that the WhatsApp team is now working on another feature for business users on the desktop – a new shortcut to quickly create orders right in the chat.

WhatsApp Desktop Beta is about to get the order shortcut in the chat

The WhatsApp beta 2.22.9.11 update for Android has brought out a new option for creating orders within the chat action sheet. WhatsApp still has plans to introduce this new shortcut and today we have confirmation that the company is working on the same feature on WhatsApp Desktop Beta.

When creating a new order, companies will be able to choose which products to include, their quantities, price and other details and after creating the trade order they can share it with the customer.

The new order link will therefore also appear in a future update of the WhatsApp Desktop beta and thanks to this option it will be easier for companies to create a new order directly within their conversations. This feature is currently under development and for now, we have no other information, but as it is a business tool it will only be released to business accounts.
