WhatsApp is rolling out a new beta update for some of its Android beta testers that includes a redesigned location sticker. The update comes through the Google Play Beta program and the version is labeled 2.22.13.16.
The location sticker is now redesigned with the new update. Also, a light green variant will be added to the various stickers. Users will find both a transparent and a white layout with a green location icon. By tapping on the sticker, users can vary the alternatives.
Since the feature can be found in the latest WhatsApp beta, this new feature is only available to a small number of Android users. But it probably won’t be long before the new location sticker is finally distributed.
