Nvidia’s Windows 11 22H2 WDDM 3.1 GeForce driver 525.14 revealed in advance

With the recent release of the Windows 11 22H2 Insider version, GPU drivers from suppliers such as AMD and Nvidia have been exposed. Previously, AMD released a driver for Windows 11 22H2, based on Microsoft’s next-generation Windows Display Driver Model (WDDM) v3.1, which, from early testing, seems to be a boon for OpenGL gamers. Greatly improved performance.

Not long after that, Nvidia’s GeForce drivers for Windows 11 22H2 also appeared to be leaked. The upcoming Nvidia driver version 525.14, like the earlier AMD Radeon driver, is based on the latest WDDM v3.1.

Guru3D forum member fards posted a screenshot of the TechPowerUp GPU-Z with the 525.14 drivers, and it’s unclear what the improvements are. Windows 11 version 22H2 is determined to be Build 22621, and it has been released for the Release Preview channel.
