Apple will probably give the iPhone 14 Pro a new front, but there is not only an optical innovation, something is also happening under the hood. According to Ming-Chi Kuo, with the new generation, we will see a new front camera.
It comes with a 6P lens and autofocus and should ensure significantly better selfies and videos. Incidentally, that’s also one of the reasons why the camera hasn’t moved under the display yet because there’s no such quality there yet.
Apple should therefore focus even more on the camera at the keynote in (probably) September this year because the Pro model is also planning a new main camera with 48 MP. The new front camera is said to be the biggest update in years and it is arguably intended for the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro.
