Resident Evil 4: Short snippets of unreleased gameplay in video from the Capcom Showcase

Obviously, Resident Evil 4 could not be missing among the titles presented at the Capcom Showcase 2022, only that the main trailer was practically the same as shown on the occasion of the State of Play, so the only unpublished elements are a few seconds of gameplay visible at the end of the video reported here over.

After the actual presentation trailer with the release date, shown on the occasion of the State of Play, we, therefore, see a further study by Capcom, accompanied by some gameplay scenes. It is a matter of seconds, which you can see in the video above starting at minute 3:41, with Leon S. Kennedy wandering around the forest, presumably before getting into the action.

It is not much but it allows you to have an idea of how the game will look in the actual gameplay, which is a total remake of the original but still linked to this for atmosphere and general setting, considering that the original Resident Evil 4 introduces the third person shot.

From what we can see, the typical laser sight which was a constant and fundamental element of the original is not visible, because it made it possible to take better aim given the framing adopted which made shooting accuracy difficult, but probably it is a particular which will be fixed later.

For the rest, we know that the Resident Evil 4 remake will arrive on March 24, 2023, on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X | S, in the meantime we refer you to the summary of all the announcements and games of the Capcom Showcase 2022.
