Xiaomi will soon launch a new series of flagship smartphones. This is the Xiaomi 12S series, which will consist of two model variants. A new leak has now revealed some important specs and storage options for the upcoming devices.
Mukul Sharma shared specifications for the Xiaomi 12S and Xiaomi 12S Pro on Twitter. According to this, the Xiaomi 12S will be launched in three storage configurations, which are said to include an 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB variant. In addition, the high-end smartphones will be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC.

The Xiaomi 12S Pro will have both a MediaTek Dimensity and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 variant. The latter will come in three storage configurations, including an 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB and a 12GB + 512GB variant. On the other hand, the 12S Pro model with Dimensity 9000 will only be available in 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB.
The Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 powered 12S Pro model could also support 120W fast charging. The Xiaomi 12S (Pro) release should be expected in July.
