PlayStation Plus subscription service launches today in Europe/Australia/South Africa

According to Sony PlayStation official news, the new PlayStation Plus subscription service is launched today in Europe, Australia and South Africa. Sony’s new membership service PlayStation Plus was released at the end of March, launched in Asia in May, and launched in North and South America in early June.

Combining PlayStation Plus and PlayStation Now, the PlayStation Plus membership service offers three membership plans to bring more choice and value to customers around the world: Basic, Premium, and Premium (premium available in markets that do not support streaming).

Existing PlayStation Plus members will be transferred to PlayStation Plus Basic and enjoy the same benefits as current PlayStation Plus, such as PS4 and PS5 monthly games, exclusive discounts, and cloud storage for saving game data, online Multiplayer access rights, etc.

Existing PlayStation Now members will be transferred to PlayStation Plus Premium. The new PlayStation Plus service will continue to update games on a monthly basis, twice a month at the same frequency as PlayStation Plus and PlayStation Now.
