Starbucks partners with Samsung to release co-branded Galaxy S22 phone cases and Galaxy Buds earbuds

Seattle-based coffee giant Starbucks has teamed up with Samsung to launch a line of phone cases as well as TWS earbuds. The new lineup covers cases for the Galaxy S22 series, Galaxy Buds Pro, Galaxy Buds 2 and Galaxy Buds Live. The new Starbucks-branded cases will be available starting tomorrow in Samsung’s home market of South Korea through Startbucks’ Naver store and app.

The Samsung x Starbucks range of cases brings two for the Galaxy S22 Ultra, one each for the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22+, and two cases for wireless earbuds. The Galaxy S22 Ultra’s case is based on Samsung’s official silicone case and wristband dual design, available in shades of light green, with a Starbucks badge on the striped wristband and a Starbucks receipt on the white strap.

The Galaxy S22 Plus case is a dark green case with the Starbucks logo and the slogan “Count the stars in your Galaxy”, while the Galaxy S22 case is a lighter green with Starbucks logo. In addition, the joint release also includes protective cases for Samsung Galaxy Buds 2, Buds Live and Buds Pro earbuds.

One of the two Galaxy Buds cases looks exactly the same as the standard case, except it’s colored in Starbucks’ dark green theme and has the Starbucks logo on the lid. The other case is a bit more unique in design, as it is shaped to look like a Starbucks coffee mug with a latte latte design on the lid. These cases are compatible with the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro, Galaxy Buds 2, and Galaxy Buds Live.

All new Samsung x Starbucks phone cases are made from eco-friendly materials and they will be available in limited quantities starting tomorrow through the Starbucks app as well as the Naver store. We’re not sure if these cases will launch in other markets outside of Korea, but we’ll update when more information becomes available.
