AMD’s new R7 5700 processor appeared on Geekbench

An AMD R7 5700 processor has now appeared on Geekbench, which seems to be an R7 5700G and a nuclear display castration version. As shown on Geekbench, the R7 5700 is 8 cores 16 threads, 3.7-4.6 GHz, and 16MB L3 cache.

For comparison, the R7 5700X has 8 cores and 16 threads, 3.4 – 4.6 GHz, and 32MB L3 cache. The R7 5700G is 8 cores and 16 threads, 3.8 – 4.6 GHz, and 16MB L3 cache. From the point of view of parameters, the R7 5700 has a high probability of being castrated by the R7 5700G.

AMD has released 6 Ryzen 5000 series 65W Ryzen processors in April, and one of them, the R5 5500, is the R5 5600G castrated core.
