Google Calendar: Useful keyboard shortcuts

If you have a Google account and use it, you shouldn’t necessarily be a stranger to Google Calendar. Basically, a good tool, especially since you can also use other apps via the interface to bypass the web interface or the apps from Google. What some users may not know: most of Google’s web tools offer useful keyboard shortcuts. For example, without the # abbreviation, Gmail would be unusable for me.

And Google Calendar also offers numerous keyboard combinations and shortcuts. Personally, I find this very useful, for example, to quickly change the view. In addition to the weekly and monthly views, Google Calendar also offers a practical agenda overview. You can get there quickly if you just press the A. A for agenda – easy to remember. The W for Weekly, i.e. the weekly view, should also be easy to remember. You guessed it: the M takes you to the month view.

Of course, none of these are hidden professional settings, they are simply things that have been around for a long time, but are not used or known by many. The following applies not only to Gmail and Google Calendar: simply use the web interface to? Run to see an overview of the available shortcuts. You will soon have enough time to remember the most common abbreviations once you have built up a routine.
