Apex Legends: A single player game may be in development at Respawn

Respawn Entertainment may be working on a single-player game based on Apex Legends, which is rather curious if you think that the latter itself is based on Titanfall, but evidently, it ended up becoming the reference series capable of generating further interpretations.

This, at least, is what seems to be deduced by looking at the job advertisements published by the development team: as reported by some sources, among these is the search for a senior engine/systems engineer to be included in Resapwn Entertainment to engage in the “design, build and maintain technologies that enable the team to create engaging gameplay and fantastic experiences. ”

And so far, the question remains very vague, but going forward we also see that the role should have to do with an “FPS title in the Apex universe currently in incubation”, with details still unknown.

It would clearly seem to be a new game, a first-person shooter linked to the universe of Apex Legends but something different from the latter. On the other hand, this could relate to the announcements about a “single-player” game that had already surfaced last year.

It is true that these could be connected to Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, which has already been officially announced with the first presentation trailer, but according to some, the timing would return more to a new Apex, which could at this point be single-player or have mixed elements.
