Heroes of the Storm will operate like StarCraft II, no more purchasable content

Heroes of the Storm announced today that the official will support Heroes of the Storm in the future in a way similar to supporting long-term games such as “StarCraft II”. The office will continue to maintain the season rotation and hero rotation, and the in-game store will continue to operate, but the office will no longer add new purchasable content.

No new purchasable content will be added. Future updates will focus primarily on ongoing client support and bug fixes, with balance updates as needed when necessary. As a thank you for this, we will be presenting the extremely precious epic Arcane Chaos Lizard Mount to all players in next week’s update.
